BED LINEN AND TOWELS

Bed linen and towels are not included in the price; you can select this service as an additional service making the booking and this way everything will be ready upon your arrival to selected accommodation:

• Bed linen: 10 € per person
• Towels: 10 € per person (1 hand towel and 1 shower towel)

LATE ARRIVAL

Late arrival: 21:00 - 24:00

The schedule for the collection of keys in our office in La Pineda is from 17:00 to 21:00 If you arrive later you can book late arrival (extra charge)

Arrival between 21: 00 - 22: 30: 55.-€

Arrival between 22: 30 - 24: 00: 80.-€

The late arrival is accepted from the 28/05/16 until 01/10/16. Under no circumstances late arrival after 24:00 can be accepted. In case of no notice of your late arrival, Costa Dorada Property Group will not guarantee check-in to your accommodation

We accept arrivals on a Sunday from 10:30 – 13:30 (prior notice of the client) Check in outside of these hours will involve an additional cost of 95.-€ for more information see the schedule of check in and/or Late arrival

FINAL CLEANING

On departure the apartment has to be clean, like on arrival (clean the utensils and kitchen, throw away trash, empty fridge, throwing scraps of food, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, ...); otherwise, Costa Dorada Property Group penalize guests with the charge of service of final cleaning. Therefore, if you wish, you can pay extra for the service of final cleaning :

• Studios: 45 €
• 1 bedroom: 55 €
• 2 bedroom: 65 €
• 3 bedroom: 80 €
• 4 or more bedroom: 90 €
• Availability of cleaning per hours (request the price)

PETS

Price: 5 €/day

Pet deposit: 100 €

BABY COT

Costa Dorada Property Group offers you the opportunity to book a cot for your baby. You can make the request at the moment of booking your accommodation and everything will be prepared on the day of arrival. If you want to add the service once your reservation is confirmed, please contact our agency in a minimum of 7 days before the day of arrival
