GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Our properties comply with current regulations and have the corresponding tourist license
Expenses accommodation services are individualized by accountants appliances and are included in the price (supplies of electricity, water and gas). The consumption of supplies must be rational; when using the air conditioner, do not forget to close doors and windows.
The guest agrees to the rules of conduct of the community and is committed to maintaining a correct behavior and exemplary regarding the rest of the neighbors
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price; you can select this as an additional service making the booking
The booking will not be confirmed without the advance payment of 40%. The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid in cash upon arrival. The final booking price includes taxes
The customer may not claim any amount if you request your check out before the expected day

BOOKING CONDITIONS

The remaining amount of the reservation must be paid in cash upon arrival when you make a reservation, Costa Dorada Property Group will require the payment of 40% of the total amount by credit card or bank transfer. Upon receipt of such amount, we will send you via email the booking confirmation. You have to present this confirmation on arrival. The outstanding amount is paid in cash in our office in La Pineda before the delivery of the keys. It is considered the definitive booking once you've provided all your data and got a reservation number. If you do not receive confirmation of booking, check the Spam tray in your mail or contact with Costa Dorada Property Group.

If the type of payment you have chosen is money transfer you have 4 days to send to This email address is being protected from spambots. If we do not receive proof the reservation will be canceled automatically .The customer assume the fees and expenses incurred by the operation.

Reservations will be possible with a minimum of 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday); if you want to book a lower number of nights contact Costa Dorada Property Group and check availability

CHECK IN – ARRIVAL

Check in: 16:30 - 19:30

Late arrival: 19:30 - 00:00

If you plan to arrive after 19:30, you must fill out a registration form and pay the total amount of the reservation at least 48 hours before arrival. This service carries a surcharge of EUR 30. Keys can be collected from the office key box at any time after 19:30. The property will contact guests with further information

The late arrival is accepted from the 01/06 until 01/10. In case of no notice of your late arrival, Costa Dorada Property Group will not guarantee check-in to your accommodation

CHECK OUT – DEPARTURE

Return of keys: 09:00 - 11:00

Costa Dorada Property Group will agree in advance with the guest the departure time from the accommodation to check out, return of keys and refund of the security deposit

CUSTOMER´S RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

Security deposit (refundable) Up on arrival you must provide a valid credit card as collateral. Failing that, a cash deposit indicated in the description of the selected accommodation. The deposit will be returned on departure provided that no damage was caused in the accommodation and is located in the same state in which it was delivered.

The number of persons who will occupy the accommodation shall be limited to the maximum capacity indicated in the booking confirmation. In the case of exceeding that capacity, Costa Dorada Property Group will have the right not to accept the booking or instruct the eviction of the housing.

The person holder of the rental agreement of the accommodation will be responsible for the proper behavior of all occupants. By signing the check in, the reservation holder will accept these conditions. If any of the occupants of the accommodation will not behave in the right way and properly, Costa Dorada Property Group will have the right to expel immediately all of the occupants of the accommodation without the right to future claims or any compensation

RESPONSIBILITIES OF COSTA DORADA PROPERTY GROUP

The agency undertakes to repair the breakdowns that can occur in the facilities of the accommodation as soon as possible

In the case of force majeure (flood, fire, cutting supplies), the agency will replace the reserved accommodation by another of similar with better characteristics, depending on availability. . In the case of not having availability of accommodation, Costa Dorada Property Group will refund the total amount paid

It is not the responsibility of Costa Dorada Property Group

- Theft or damage caused by third parties

- Negligence or omission of services provided by third parties (transport, tickets, shows,...)

- The works and constructions that are made close to the accommodation

CANCELLATION CLAUSE

The conditions of cancellation are the following:

- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, Costa Dorada Property Group will retain 50% of the amount received

- Cancellation in less than 30 days from the date of arrival term, the agency will retain 100% of the total amount received

ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Additional services contracted during their stay have to be paid in cash

Extra services that have not been contracted online through the corporate website of Costa Dorada Property Group, will be paid in cash at the time of collection of keys or during the stay.
