The schedule for the collection of keys in our office in La Pineda is from 17:00 to 21:00 If you arrive later you can book late arrival (extra charge)
Arrival between 21: 00-22: 30: 55.-€
Arrival between 22: 30-24: 00: 80.-€
The late arrival is accepted from the 28/05/16 until 01/10/16. Under no circumstances late arrival after 24:00 can be accepted. In case of no notice of your late arrival, Costa Dorada Property Group will not guarantee check-in to your accommodation
We accept arrivals on a Sunday from 10:30 – 13:30 (prior notice of the client) Check in outside of these hours will involve an additional cost of 95.-€ for more information see the schedule of check in and/or Late arrival
CHECK OUT - DEPARTURE
Return of keys: 09:00 - 11:00
Costa Dorada Property Group will agree in advance with the guest the departure time from the accommodation to check out, return of keys and refund of the security deposit
SECURITY DEPOSIT
On arrival, you must deposit an amount in cash, as bail stated in the description of the selected accommodation. The deposit will be returned on departure provided that no damage was caused in the accommodation and is located in the same state in which it was delivered
- Studios and one-bedroom apartments: 150 €
- Apartments with two bedrooms or more: 250 €
- Additional security deposit in case of accommodation with a pet: 100 €
- Deposit for groups of young people: 75 € / person (minimum 250 €)
- Some accommodation may require higher deposit (specified in the accommodation page)
The deposit will be returned to you in full the day of your departure, after the accommodation has been checked by our agency and is located in the same state it was delivered
RESPONCIBILIETIES OF A GUEST
The number of persons who will occupy the accommodation shall be limited to the maximum capacity indicated in the booking confirmation. In the case of exceeding that capacity, real Costa Dorada Property Group will have the right not to accept the booking or instruct the eviction of the housing
The person holder of the rental agreement of the accommodation will be responsible for the proper behavior of all occupants. By signing the check in, the reservation holder will accept these conditions. If any of the occupants of the accommodation will not behave in the right way and properly, Costa Dorada Property Group will have the right to expel immediately all of the occupants of the accommodation without the right to future claims or any compensation
EQUIPMENT
All our rooms are equipped with refrigerator, TV, coffee maker, iron, cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery
You should consider bringing yourself the following: sheets, towels, rags kitchen sets, blankets, tablecloths, mixer, DVD,...
Check the list with extra services we provide with our reservations department and we will indicate you availability and price
For hygiene reasons, we do not provide cleaning products (except broom and mop)
CLEANING
On departure the apartment has to be clean, like on arrival (cleaning utensils and kitchen, throw away trash, empty fridge, throwing scraps of food, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms, ...); otherwise, Costa Dorada Property Group penalize guests with the charge of service of final cleaning.
Therefore, if you wish, you can pay extra for the service of final cleaning :
- Studios: 45 €
- 1 bedroom: 55 €
- 2 bedroom: 65 €
- 3 bedroom: 80 €
- 4 or more bedroom: 90 €
- Availability of cleaning per hours (request the price)
