Steps to book online

1. Select an accommodation to enjoy a wonderful holiday on the Costa Dorada
2. Look at the photos and read carefully features and conditions of the selected accommodation
3. Check availability and proceed to the online booking; the system will show the available dates considering that must match on Saturday and the occupation will be multiple of 7 * (the minimum stay in high season is 7 nights)
4. In particular booking choose your arrival date, period of stay and number of guests differentiating between adults and children (under 16 years). If you want, you can also add optional extras available for your holidays
5. Then fill out the form with your personal data, check the summary of the total amount * (40% for booking and remaining 60% upon arrival) and reserve your accommodation
6. The system will show an overall summary of your reservation to continue with the process or modify any information above
7. Choose your payment method
   - Credit and debit cards
   - Paypal Payment Gateway

8. Confirm that the information is correct accepting policies and claims
9. CONFIRM RESERVATION
10. You will receive an email confirmation of the booking to be submitted to the collection of keys at our office in La Pineda

Cancellation terms and conditions

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date, Costa Dorada Property Group will retain 50% of the amount received
Cancellation in less than 30 days from the date of arrival term, the agency will retain 100% of the total amount received

In the case of force majeure (flood, fire, cutting of supplies), the agency will replace the reserved accommodation by another of similar with better characteristics, depending on availability. . In the case of not having availability of accommodation, Costa Dorada Property Group will refund the total amount paid
